Tasting - Well isn't this just the most sophisticated Douro red around? Borrowing some of the panache from Bordeaux (The titular Prat being owner of esteemed chateau Cos d'Estournel) but fully expressing the Douro's heat and slatey soils. Put on your cravat and gaze wistfully at some leather bound books to enjoy at its best.
