Grapes - Viura, Garnacha Blanca, Malvasia

Tasting - Quite subtle on the aromatics but this is a non stop thrill-a-thon once it hits the tongue. A touch of coconutty oak cream, salty licorice, burnt apricot, wild thyme and scrubland. Such a soulful rendition.
