Grapes - Vermentino, Semillon

Tasting - Oh wow, this is a starkly different take on Provence wine from the standard pale pink fare. Opulent, créme caramel, toasted oak, sweet mirabelle jam aromas. Astringent attack but quickly becomes open and supple with a white Burgundy-esque softness to the finish.

Isolation Pairing: Place cups of water above every door that's open a jar, and sit and wait. 

FYI: Yeah we've never seen these two grape varities blended either. But they really complement each other.
