Grapes - 100% Chenin Blanc

Tasting - The bouquet shows lovely caramelised yellow orchard fruits with white peach, honey on buttered white toast and a lemon herb. Palate shows impressive concentration and intensity, peach pastille and pineapple cordial mixed with granitic herbal notes.

FYI: This is actually a blend of Chenin Blanc from two sites, Stellenbosch and Swatland - the homeland of Chenin (outside of France that is).
