Grapes - 100% Viognier

Tasting - Billowing flavours of super ripe apricot and peaches in yoghurt. Rich, oily texture but held in check by some mineral touches. A little jasmine and white pepper round of the finish nicely.

FYI: A real prime site mid-slope in Condrieu. Chatillon's wines have unusual depth and mineral intensity which allows them to age well for a lot longer than you'd expect.
