Grapes - 50% Cinsault, 30% Syrah, 20% Grenache

Tasting - Consistently the star rose wine of the region. Lithe and slinky with an orange peel and white pepper suffused scent. Graceful and precise with a tangy grapefruit and gooseberry tartness to the finish.

FYI: Fondreche are advocates for minimal intervention in the winery and a fully eco-friendly in the vineyard. Hard work but it pays off.
