Grape - Pedro Ximenez (aka PX)

Tasting - Utterly ridiculous! This is essence of raisins and dates. Silky soft, warm brown sugar and figs. A must try and so potent it could likely raise the dead.

FYI - Made from sun-dried grapes and with colossal amounts of residual sugar (250+ grams per litre) PX is probably the most hedonistic wine there is.
