Tasting - In keeping with the house style of grace and finesse this Syrah is as much about delicate floral scents as it is about meaty and robust, earthy black fruit. These minimal intervention guys really know how to turn us on.

FYI: Halcon is a seriously high and cool climate vineyard in Mendocino. Regularly cited as a Northern Rhone a-like in it's flavour profile.
