Tasting - A proper wild 'vin de nature'. No added sulphites here for those of you who are convinced they give you headache (hint, it's not the sulphites but the alcohol). What that means is the fruit is unabashedly exuberant and altogether lovely. Serve on the cool side with a good crusty loaf and a massive amount of pâté de campagne.
