Grapes - 87% Shiraz, 13% Zibibbo

Tasting - Wildly fragrant as a result of co-fermenting Shiraz with Muscat grapes. Super funky with pepper and blueberry jam, deep but not heavy, resonant fruit and layers. Serious amount of wine to pleasure ratio here.

FYI: In contrast to the devastation to wine regions around Europe, 2021 is being hailed as an all time great in South Australia. Both quality and quantity.
