Tasting - Here's a lovely fresh, serve it chilled red. Not complex but there's a sweet red cherry flavour which ducks and dives between endive and dark chocolate bitterness while the pitter-patter of tannins slowly creeps in.

FYI: Mencia is a real chameleon grape; sometimes dark as night, loaded with oak and heavy, other times, like this a fruity vibrant thing.
