Grapes - 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting - Pale and delicate it may be but we're not intent on making a rose that's meek and mute. A wonderful melange of strawberry, cranberry and baked rhubarb, with a hint of cream on the side. Finishes dry, with mouthwatering acidity. 

FYI: The winemaker produced a small quantity for the 2020 vintage - so get it whilst it's here.
