Tasting - It seems the UK is generally reluctant to indulge in one of the all time great white blends: Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Time to sort that with this beauty. Soft peachy, candle wax scent with lemongrass and bay leaf. 

FYI: A complex assembly process to perfect the blend here involving multiple sizes and ages of French oak barrels as well as steel tanks.
