Tasting - We say it's 100% Cabernet but wouldn't be surprised if there was a touch of Malbec to soften the edges. A glorious tincture of sweet black fruit, lovely 'fluidity' to the tannins. Pitch perfect and ready to go!.

FYI: Susanna's early career goal was to be in nuclear sciences but the 1980s junta in Argentina prevented her from getting to her university placement. Science's loss, but wine drinker's gain.
