Tasting - Always a total classic expression of Chassagne Blanc. Fontaine-Gagnard's wines always bring a smile to our faces. The interplay of crisp red apple acidity and gentle pear and peach fruit tones makes for highly refined and immediate enjoyment.

FYI: This 'village' level wine is made from grapes grown in six separate plots (lieux-dits as they call them in Burgundy) and is aged in 20% new French oak.
