Grapes - Chenin Blanc
Tasting: Fermented with wild yeast in older 500L French Oak barrels. Fresh granny smith apples, a hint of lemon cream and honey. Palate is bone dry and textured with a lick of perfume. Apples on the back palate with a creamy finish, so easy to drink!
Isolation Pairing: Planting seeds
FYI: Grown on a ridge at the north end of Walker Bay that runs parallel to the Hemel en Arde valley, with very similar terroir.
