Tasting - Grown on old bush vines, with low yields. The grapes are harvested, and the fermentation occurs in clay amphora. This combination provides a wonderfully layered white wineskin terms of flavour (with ripe pear, fresh stone fruit and white flower) as well as texture.
Isolation Pairing: Nothing, just sit there and enjoy.
FYI: Winemakers love playing with new (or old in this case) vessels to mature their wine. In this case it was clay amphorae.
