Grapes - 100% Syrah

Tasting - Super dense and with a real sense of place here. Black olive tapenade, espresso beans, black cherry and spices in a thickly textured, full-bodied style. A totem of a Syrah.

FYI: 80% whole bunch fermentation. Free-run wine then matured in one 500 litre demi-muid barrel, while the press wine went into a 225 litre barrel. Pure classicism.

ABV: 14%
