Tasting - Pure saline goodness, with preserved lemons, apple skins, pears, caraway and bay leaves. Despite this umami nature, it still manages to be one of the most refreshing wines we've ever tried.

FYI: The skin contact here gives that savoury apple skin (funny that) flavour profile but even more importantly adds mouthfeel, giving the wine a body and grippy texture through the additions of tannins.
