Tasting - An inticing smokey citrus nose leads to yellow apple and tropical fruit with a stoney purity on the finish. Tight and textured.
FYI: Only the best grapes go into making our Chardonnay. The first since our Decanter award winning 2020; José (our winemaker) decided the grapes were not good enough for the 2021 vintage so he didn't produce any. But the 2022 is back with a bang!
