Tasting - This is a bit of a paradoxical wine, it is steely and yet tropical. You get some nice green mango, green pineapple mixed with some delicate white floral aromas and apple pith. The palate is a burst of energy mixed with some richness coming from short lees ageing. It's got one one for everyone.
FYI: Grauburgunder is the same as Pinot Gris/grigio - so this is a blend of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay, which is different and fun.
