Tasting - White flower and sage, gently waft from the glass gives a perception of a timid, delicate wine. But on the palate, it's da Fay-Bomb. Gooseberry, lime zest, a creamy texture and a saline finish that goes on for days. It's like meeting a shy librarian and bumping into her at Fabric giving it some!
FYI: Matra is the second largest wine region in Hungary. Full of volcanic hillsides and boutique wineries.
