Grapes - 100% Bacchus
Tasting - Bacchus, but not as you know it. Elderflower, hedgerow and bergamot leap out, but then the wine opens to reveal jasmine tea and ginger. The palate has a zippy, yet grainy texture with flavours of lemon pith, candied ginger and a saline texture.
