Tasting - A delicate nose of wild strawberry and thyme, but don't let that fool you. On the palate it crescendos like your favourite Fabric set, as the vibrant red fruit intensifies along with freshness and herbal undertones. Best drunk slightly chilled.
FYI: Castelão is a variety that really shines in sandy soils. Here we are in Palmela region, which is just half an hour south of Lisbon.
