1. What are tasting flights? Difference between virtual tastings and flights?
Our wine flights are tasting on your terms, you'll receive a tasting mat along with your wines & a QR code to take you through to our website that will explain in a bit more detail about all the wines. A virtual tasting is a guided wine tasting hosted on Zoom with a member of the Vagabond team.
2. How do I book a virtual tasting?
You can book or enquire about any of our virtual tastings by emailing email@example.com. If you're not sure what packages we offer click here
3. Is there a cut off for next day delivery?
The cut off for next day delivery is 12pm. You will then receive your order the next working business day,
4. Can I book the wines or my flight to arrive on a specific date?
Yes, please select your desired delivery date when viewing you Cart. If no date is selected, your order will be prepared and dispatched the next working day.
Please note that we will do whatever is humanly possible to get your orders on your requested date. However, on rare occasions there maybe delays experienced due to the current pandemic. We do take this into consideration when dispatching your order.
5. I wanna party! Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes! Click multiple addresses when viewing your Cart.
Please note to select your desired delivery date before selecting Multiple Addresses
6. Where is my order?
Prior to dispatch, you will receive a text message with a tracking number to track your order.
7. It's a gift? Can I send a card?
Yes, please leave a note when viewing your Cart. Note that no invoice will be placed in the order.
8. How long do the tasting bottles last?
Once receiving your order, we recommend placing all bottles in the fridge and to enjoy within 2 weeks of delivery.
9. Can I amend an order?
If an order has been placed and not dispatched, please contact us on Orders@vagabondwines.co.uk.
10. I don't know your wines, can I have some help?
Of course - ask Colin - our wine genius on the banner above for recommendations
11. Can I refund my order?
Of course - if your order is faulty, please let us know. However please we assess all wines in the wine flights before dispatch, and therefore an only refund any breakages or missing wines.
12. Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Unfortunately at the moment we don't offer Saturday delivery, but watch this space! We promise it won't be long!
13. Can I collect my order from a Vagabond?
Not just yet, we are working on this though and it hopefully will be soon!
14. Do you ship to the EU?
