1. Is there a cut off for next day delivery?
The cut off for next day delivery is 12pm. You will then receive your order the next working business day,
2. Can I book the wines to arrive on a specific date?
Yes, please select your desired delivery date when viewing you Cart. If no date is selected, your order will be prepared and dispatched the next working day.
Please note that we will do whatever is humanly possible to get your orders on your requested date. However, on rare occasions there may be delays. We do take this into consideration when dispatching your order.
3. I wanna party! Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes! Click multiple addresses when viewing your Cart.
Please note to select your desired delivery date before selecting Multiple Addresses
4. Where is my order?
Prior to dispatch, you will receive a text message with a tracking number to track your order.
5. It's a gift? Can I send a card?
Yes, please leave a note when viewing your Cart. Note that no invoice will be placed in the order.
6. Can I amend an order?
If an order has been placed and not dispatched, please contact us on Orders@vagabondwines.co.uk.
7. I don't know your wines, can I have some help?
Of course - ask Colin - our wine genius on the banner above for recommendations
8. Can I refund my order?
Of course - if your order is faulty, missing or there are breakages, please let us know.
9. Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Unfortunately at the moment we don't offer Saturday delivery, but watch this space! We promise it won't be long!
10. Can I collect my order from a Vagabond?
Not just yet, we are working on this though and it hopefully will be soon!
11. Do you ship to the EU?
