Refund policy

How to request a refund for wine
  1. Email your request: Send an email to weborders@vagabondwines.co.uk as soon as you notice the problem.
  2. Provide details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph of any damage or breakages.
  3. Submit promptly: Notify the company as soon as possible after delivery. Under consumer law, the retailer is responsible for damaged goods, even if the courier caused the damage. 
Important limitations
  • Refunds on damaged goods: For online orders, if your wine arrives damaged or faulty, Vagabond Wines is responsible and will arrange a refund or replacement. The company notes that it is the shipper's responsibility to resolve issues caused by the courier.
  • No refund for unused credit: If you use a pre-paid "Vagabond Card" in a physical store, any unused credit on the card cannot be refunded after one year of inactivity.
  • Proof of age: As part of their "Challenge 25" policy, you must provide valid proof of identification when served in-store. If you cannot do so, they will not be able to serve you, and you will not be able to obtain a refund.
