Online purchases and pricing
Pricing errors: If a product is sold at an incorrect price, Vagabond reserves the right to refuse the sale and offer it at the correct price.
Price changes: Prices and offers can be changed without notice.
Time-limited offers: Any dates given for these offers are guides only, and they are not obliged to fulfill orders up to that date.
Lowest Price Guarantee: For identical products, Vagabond will match the lowest non-promotional price from any reputable London-based wine merchant with a physical store. 
Legal and liability
Force Majeure: The company is not liable for any failure to meet obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Severability: If any part of the terms is found to be void or unenforceable, it will be considered severable and will not affect the other terms. 
Privacy and data
Data collection: Vagabond collects data such as name, email, phone number, address, and wine preferences, which may be used for website administration, marketing, and customer service. 
Cookies: Cookies are used for website functionality, such as keeping you logged in, and for analytics to help improve the site. Some data may be shared with third parties, such as Google Analytics, which may involve data transfer outside the European Economic Area. 
Order and delivery information
Next-day delivery: The cutoff for next-day delivery is 12 p.m.
Delivery date: You can select a specific delivery date during checkout.
Order amendments: If an order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact Orders@vagabondwines.co.uk to make changes.
Returns: If an order is faulty, missing, or has breakages, you should inform them.
