    Tasting: This wine has an elegant nose of black fruit, with beautiful floral, violet and wild herb note. The palate is simply delicious, being full and supple at the same time.

    FYI: 'Les assiégés'? A reference to Paris under siege in 1870. Where Chef Choron cooked up the unusual Christmas meal of elephant broth, roasted camel and haunch of wolf on the menu. Yeah, no thanks.
