Grapes - 80% Greanche, 20% Syrah
Tasting - A complex rosé (yes they do exist). The palate has seductive creamy texture from some ageing in amphora with notes of wild strawberries, violets and orange peel with a hint of saffron.
FYI: A portion of this wine is aged and fermented in an egg made of concrete. This provides a lovely texture to the wine, and they look great too.
ABV: 12%
