Tasting: Beautiful aromas of white chalk, fresh butterscotch and ripe lemon. This translates on the palate to , with candied lemon, yellow peach with nice minerality and a hint of fresh thyme in the background.
FYI: Chardonnay provides some of the best white wines that come out of New Zealand, over the popular Sauvignon Blanc, with this wine is rated as one of the best in a recent tasting.
