Grapes - 100% Pinot Gris
Tasting: Very aromatic with aromas of yellow peach, fresh pineapple and a hint of fresh sweet vanilla and other white spice. The palate is vibrant with an enticing texture like a southern Rhone and flavours of fresh apricot, orange and fennel.
FYI: This is produced and aged in two clay amphora, one with skins and one without. This is so artisanal, that the clay pots are made by husband Yannick, who is a potter.
