Tasting: This is a serious Picpoul de Pinet. Don't let the rich aromas of grapefruit, toffee apple and white peach deceive you. The acidity is enticing providing an fresh mouthfeel that will almost certainly have you reaching for another glass.
FYI: The region of Picpoul de Pinet overlooks the oyster farms of Etang de Thai - so it only stands to reason that Picpoul and oysters go well together.
