SAVAGE White Blend
2024 • 750ml • 14.0%
- South Africa > Western Cape
- Sauvignon blanc (71%), Semillon (29%)
- Roast chicken, miso butter and crispy skin
Bright but quietly rich, with coastal freshness and a savoury, saline edge. Fermented and aged in large oak for texture rather than flavour, giving a layered, poised finish that builds with air. A serious white with real depth and elegance.

SAVAGE
Duncan Savage is widely regarded as South Africa’s master of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. A former Cape Point Vineyards winemaker turned independent, he draws on high altitude and coastal sites across the Western Cape, working with minimal intervention and a finely tuned understanding of oxidative handling and oak. His wines are defined by restraint rather than force: layered, saline and quietly powerful. Revered by peers, including Eben Sadie, Savage Wines now sit among the most sought after bottles in the Cape.
