**VAGABOND URBAN WINERY** Summer in a glass. With an abundance of fresh nettle, lemon zest and elderflower, this wine takes you to the great British countryside. Zippy acidity and fresh aromas, this makes a real thirst quencher.
COLIN'S NOTE
The origins of Bacchus go back to the 1930s in Germany when a crossing of Silvaner and Riesling was bred with Muller Thurgau.
IN SHORT
England's statement grape; zesty, floral countryside refresher.
VAGABOND URBAN WINERY
Yep, Vagabond makes wine too. From our urban winery in the heart of London, we take grapes from Oxfordshire, Sussex, Kent, Suffolk, Essex (and beyond) and turn them into award-winning bottles. Our winemaker, José Quintana, picks for flavour first — making expressive, fun wines that connect people to the juice, not the jargon. Come winter 2025 you’ll even be able to visit us at Canada Water, the new home of the UK’s largest urban winery. Oh, and did we mention we were crowned Best Boutique Winery at the WineGB Awards?
