Akin to some of the grand names of the southern Rhone valley such as Gigondas or Rasteau. A wholly terroir transparent winemaking process results in a crisp and succulent wine redolent of wild herbs, juniper and prune with a touch of cassis and some earthy tones too.

While around 85-90% of Provence's black grapes go on to make pale pink wines there's a handful of us who crave the dense and robust reds of the region.
