Tasting - Crunchy fruit forward English Sparkling wine with aromas of green apple, greengage and underlying notes of white blossom and daisy. The fine mousse is an explosion that oozes class, persistent and silky. The palate is crisp, mellow with a wonderful breadth and a finish for days.
FYI: This wine is a collaboration with Artelium and Vagabond Wineries under three labels drawn from Sussex artist Judith Alder depicting the roles of Air, Soil and Water in nature.
