Style - Orange
Grapes - 100% Bacchus
Tasting - Bacchus, but not as you know it. Elderflower, hedgerow and bergamot leap out, but then the wine opens to reveal jasmine tea and ginger. The palate has a zippy, yet grainy texture with flavours of lemon pith and candied ginger.
FYI: The first vintage of new winemaker José Quintana, and you should taste it alongside our 2020 vintage to see two varying styles from two different winemakers..
