Tasting - Peach melba in colour, this sparkler is full of character with aromas of cranberry, wild strawberry and redcurrant. The frizzante style bubbles provide flavours of raspberry and rose petal. This wine is non-disgorged, so there will be harmless sedimentation.
FYI: This is made in a Col Fondo style - meaning the wine is fermented dry, then some yeast and sugar is added to provide a light sparkle.
