One of the great entry points into orange wine. Hard not to think of orange flavours but they seem to manifest here along with a gentle peachiness and refreshing, mouth-watering freshness.

Ten days on skins for 33% of these grapes, the remainder being whole-bunch pressed and fermented in concrete. A good way to make Grenache Blanc more interesting.
