Fresh pristine pear and apple lead into a hint of yoghurt and Melon. The palate is just as fragrant and scented, with texture, layered and the same pear and apple combination. Rich and pure with lots of layers and just a lick of oak on the back palate.

Garnacha Blanca from the Bethany region in Barossa. Barossa valley is know for it's punch in the face shiraz's but Garnacha Blanca is only grown in small quantities - after tasting this, they should plant more!
