SAVAGE
Duncan Savage is widely regarded as South Africa’s master of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. A former Cape Point Vineyards winemaker turned independent, he draws on high altitude and coastal sites across the Western Cape, working with minimal intervention and a finely tuned understanding of oxidative handling and oak. His wines are defined by restraint rather than force: layered, saline and quietly powerful.
